The most valuable lesson I have learned is to never miss the opportunity to be quiet. Which is to say, listen and understand before speaking.
Jake first found his love for real estate and rental housing in working at Carlton Senior Living in Davis, California. In working at the front desk and Jake was the go-to person to help the elderly residents, which mostly meant being someone they could talk to. That love of customer service and his most recent experience as a real estate team admin led him to join Auben to continue serving and helping.
Jake says he is excited to become an Auben team member for a few reasons. First and foremost, the people. “Everyone I have met at Auben has been kind and encouraging, there are no strangers here” says Jake. Secondly, the growth opportunities. Jake says that he is very excited about the opportunity to build a career and to have the chance to have an on the ground look at property investment. “As a recent first time home buyer I am thrilled to get to learn about property management first hand and use that knowledge to grow my own wealth.”
